Michel El Saddi

Since graduating from his studies in Engineering, Mr. El Saddi has acquired a solid and diverse experience in the Heavy Industrial Oil-sands projects along with the heavy civil support infrastructure for these Projects. Mr. El Saddi has worked as a Construction Manager and Project Controls/Contracts Manager for EPC turnkey companies as well as Oil & Gas companies. His career has equipped Mr. El Saddi with multiple exposures to a Project full life cycle from inception to start-up.

As a senior consultant of COGEREC, Mr. El Saddi is responsible for the preparation of claims and expert reports related to the construction industry.

    Project Controls Manager for multiple projects in the Oil Sands and Energy Industry with Kiewit Energy Canada Corp. Responsible for the management of the different phases of the projects from estimation to completion. The majority of the executed projects are in the heavy industrial field of the Oil-sands and the infrastructure support projects of these establishments. (CNRL-HORIZON SULFUR RECOVERY PLANT, CNRL SECONDARY UPGRADING PROJECT, SOHAR SEA WATER INTAKE PROJECT and EXXON MOBIL RIVER WATER INTAKE PROJECT).

    Occupied the role of estimator for heavy civil projects and transitioned to the Field with the role of Field Engineer for piling, structural concrete and structural steel activities (CNRL- HORIZON SULFUR RECOVERY PROJECT).
