Nessim Habashi

Since the start of his career in 1964, Nessim Habashi has devoted his professional activities to the successful project management of major civil engineering projects. As such, he has held positions from Field Engineer to Project Manager and eventually to Vice President and Area Manager of a large multinational construction firm. (mainly in the hydroelectric and road construction fields.)
He has assumed full responsibility for the execution of projects of up to 260 million dollars in value, including the preparation, negotiation and settlement of several claims.

As the founder and President of COGEREC, he has drawn together and developed a group of experienced construction professionals and, through this group, he provides construction claims services in Canada, the United States and abroad.

He is also frequently called upon to mediate or arbitrate construction related disputes.
