André started his career in 1980 and has acquired extensive experience in the field of construction of large civil works and in the renovation of mechanical systems in commercial and institutional buildings. He has acted as project engineer and project manager for general and specialized contractors and has successfully managed numerous projects.
As a senior consultant at Cogerec, André is responsible for preparing claims and expert reports related to the construction industry. He also acts as a construction expert witness during legal proceedings.
