Pavel is a cross-functional team player with excellent problem-solving skills as well as an extensive knowledge in building engineering and project management
After graduating in Building Engineering from Concordia University in 2016, Pavel has participated in the management of various mid to large scale construction and renovation projects for various government bodies and commercial building owners.
A skilled communicator, Pavel is also known for its logical nature and technical abilities, allowing him to properly understand and analyse contractual documents and extract the relevant information. His hands-on experience with different government structures, contractors and professionals makes him an excellent intermediary in the preparation of claims and expert reports for the settlement of disputes.
As a consultant at Cogerec since 2024, Pavel’s assignments include project schedule analysis, loss of productivity calculations and the determination of the impact of the delay on the critical path.
